Kidspatrol is cheating transport

Please don't go near to this service, for my kids transport I have paid the full amount. They failed to pick up my kids after so many phone calls and messages, the lady said I i won't able to service, i will return your money. But this was 2 weeks ago, when i stress again so many phone calls and messages she is saying she will pay end of the month. This is very fishy ...... I am complaining in to police station. Please don't get cheated
