Sad unhappy customer ☹️

Worst service ever at Centurion . That guy made us drive for 3hours with a promise of required stock and when we arrived there was now stock. He called the warehouse and they asked me to wait up until around 5pm it will be delivered, I agree. I paid for the product and went somewhere then the guy called me around 4pm and told me that “Unfortunately the warehouse was closed when the driver arrived there”. He did not take initiative to keep on calling the warehouse that the customer is waiting for the product and they should wait for the driver . I asked him to deliver the product in MP n he said they don’t deliver on weekends n there’s nothing he can do except refunding . Desperately i was , I asked him to send his driver first thing in the morning because my son’s graduation was starting at 9am n he promised me that he will send his driver first thing in the morning, come next day I asked my brother to go and collect the product at Centurion and told him that my brother is on his way coming to collect the product . He told me his driver was involved in a car accident and some of the products were lost of which it was a lie, I will never ever buy from Kidsalot they don’t take customers serious and their service is very poor!
