Poor customer service

Most pathetic customer service ever. Still waiting on my refund due to them sending me the wrong item ( i ordered the 208 art pieces for my daughter and they send me the 150 pieces) then they continue to say and i quote 'Please be advised that the art 150 set was sent by the warehouse' but then message me to say they only have the blue one but on there website it doesnot state that they do not have pink!! Mind u i order it on the 29 November 2022! And on top of that im also still waiting for a reply on when i will receive my new item as to the one i received was damaged.. The whole order was a disappointment and i will never order from them again!( they ignore my on whatsapp as that is the only way of communication i did email them but no reply i was promised that i will receive everything by last week but no update no reply nothing!
