Highly recommended School with Unprofessional communication.

It is with great regret that I write this review about Kids24 Doornpoort. As a new parent who recently relocated from the East of Johannesburg, I chose this school based on its excellent reputation and strong recommendations from the community.

Unfortunately, my experience so far has been disappointing. For over a week, I have been trying to reach the school. While I have managed to speak to the receptionist on several occasions, her tone has been consistently rude and unprofessional. The lack of helpfulness in her communication, both telephonically and via email, has been disheartening.

I strongly believe that mutual respect and clear, professional communication are essential, especially when dealing with parents and children. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others in the future.
