Poor services and no customer care

They rented a jumping castle out to us that was so old and dilapidated that it never gets firm! When ever more than two kids jumps on it at the same time it just sags in. When we phone the owner on the day of the party she was rude and never acknowledged or apologised that we paid for an unuseable inflatable! They had the cheek to come and collect it without refunding me. Despite me informing them there is sooo many holes you can’t even fix it if you tried! On the day of the party we tried to fix it with tape but it was like a sieve. When an adult **** on it, it would just sink in!
