Late delivery/wrong items delivered/no feedback

We hired and purchased goods from this place for our son's birthday party at a hefty price! The service was acceptable until payment was made and goods had to be delivered. Delivery was confirmed by them for the friday late afternoon the day before the party. By late the friday evening no delivery had been done and no contact details were provided for the owner/manager except a landline number that is never answeres and an email. We finally managed to get hold of someone via facebook who had a snotty attitude and informed us that delivery was booked for the following morning at 7am. A guy who does not even work for the company arrived with the first load in a small vehicle just before 8am on Saturday morning. Most of the items we hired were not delivered and none of ths items we purchased were delivered. The guy made several trips to bring items but this caused so much problems as we had almost no time to prepare the venue for the party. We kept requesting the owner's number but nothing came of it. Someone called Mandy called during the day to apologise and informed us that we would be paid back 50% of our order. To date they are ignoring us and we have not received our money back!
