Money making making business - STAY AWAY!!

I hired table, chairs & chair covers from Melanie at Kids Parties Galore and had to leave R300 Refundable deposit , which she glaldy retained after my dad delivered the items late to her on a Monday. My dad does deliveries and offered to drop it off whilst on the road. She did not want to understand that people get busy as it is a working day. When you give a depost that says refundable, you expect to receive your moeny back. She basically made a R300 just by sitting on her ass at her comfortable home. <br> <br> Melanie, you should be more considered and perhaps this will make you better a business person. I had no issues with Bouncey Kids Jumping Castles, they collected their stuff the next day without any issues.But I will not be using Kids Parties Galore again. Left a bad taste in mouth.
