Theft by Kids Emporium

I went to the Melrose branch, of Kids Emporium and their items don't have prices, I asked how much an item was, and the sales lady said it was a R1000, I bought it, and when I got home and checked my bank movements I saw R4300 was deducted from my account for that item. I returned it same day and only then was i told that they don't have a refund policy (was not mentioned before buying), they basically stole from me, and no1 is willing to help. I have contacted the branch/franchise owner and all she said was "sorry, we don't have a refund policy", her employees **** to me, and stole from me, and all she said was "sorry, we don't refund". Yet the headoffice has a refund policy. I have also contacted the headoffice-Lauren from the 18th of December until today, with no response. This is abuse of a customer and I will not take it lying down
