Overpromise and under deliver

I ordered a feeding chair on 10 February from the Durbanville branch of Kids Emporium. I paid in full and i was told it would take three to four weeks till it was ready, leaving me with plenty of time before my baby is due. The manager (blonde lady) assured me it would be more like two to three weeks. It is now 22 March and I still have not received my chair. This is now SIX weeks later. I definitely would not recommend this store, if you are looking for furniture rather find a more reliable store.
