How do you expect a pregnant woman to load a cot & compactum herself????

I purchased a cot and compactum from Kids Emporium and made two mistakes: 1) asking for a 5% discount for purchasing both items and 2) opting to collect the goods as we have a bakkie. However after doing these two things I was no longer a worthy customer. The collection process was such an inconvenience for her as they are never available. And then on collection of my goods (at 6 months pregnant!!!) I was expected to load the solid wood cot and compactum into the car by myself (up two flights of stairs)!!!!!!!!!

What is wrong with you people???? The items were so heavy that even two men struggled to load them into the car but I was expected to do it alone?! Its utterly disgusting!!!!!!

Although I received a 5% discount I still paid over R10 000 for the two items, the least they could have done was ensure that there was someone there to assist me in loading the items into the car. Such terrible service and revolting attitude from people selling to pregnant women. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
