Breach of CPA

Wife is pregnant received a R2000 voucher. Want a refund as there is nothing we are interested in at Kids Emporium at this stage.<br> <br> Refund refused as their system apparently does not allow for a refund.<br> <br> This is unacceptable and with a potential customer just being born they will lose a customer for life.<br> <br> I would hate to go to social media but I will create such bad publicity that the cost of damage control will far outweigh the refund value that is rightfully due to us. You can't hold people at ransome and force them to purchase from you.
