Bad service

Good day. I had a very bad service with this company. They advertise adult diapers for sale. When you place an order they demanding a payment first before they delivered. After you do the payment no order is been delivered. When you question them about your order then they had excuses. After 4 days of waiting for my order. I cancelled the order. The guy told me if i not get my order they will refund me in full.Now they refused to refund me again excuses they make. He did local and international The guy is: Don Donasian Forkusam ***
