Products not delivered

I've ordered from the company on the 31st of Aug with them promising to deliver the goods within 10 days. The tracking shows that the goods have reached the country of destination on the 14th of September. On their website there is no means of contacting them directly to find out what the status of my order is. I'm very dissatisfied with them and would not recommend anyone from buying from them. Goods not delivered and I most probably lost my money as I'm sure I would not get my money back from them
