Pathetically poor service and delivery

<p>I order a Lego item for my boy that he had been saving up for, for some time. He found a good deal on the Kidits website and we decided to order with 3 day delivery (which was of course at an additional cost). 2 months later and I still have not received the package. They have no contact phone number and are poor in replying to emails. Their response was that they will deliver in 3 days once it gets to South Africa. The dispatch could take up to 2 months. </p> <p>I found this very poor service and in the age of instant shipment their advertising was misleading. </p> <p>Very frustrated</p>
