Don't use Kidits!

Such bad service! Won't use Kidits again....EVER.

Waited an extremely long time for my parcel and then when I checked on the status, showed a "deliervy unsuccessful message". No phone or text was received to alert me to the delivery or where my parcel had gone. The website is hard to navigate and you can only contact the company via email which I did and received a generic reply about it being on its way. When I rep**** stating that it indicated a failed delivery 1 week ago, then I was told via a poorly worded email reply to go to the post office myself (although I had opted for the courier option). No tracking number was provided and now after a long search by a very accommodating civil servant based on my home address, I am told at the post office that I need to pay an additional R166.53 on top of it.
