Tired

I bought a house in a development in 2018 Aug which the house was only registered Oct 8th 2020. I then moved in second week after the registration which I was advised I have 3 months to report anything that is wrong in the house and they will come and fix it. I have then wrote several emails regarding solar system that is not working at all its just an ornament on top of my roof they just ignore now my emails point black. I also added that 3 of my windows don't have windows handler still no one came and fit them in recently I wrote an email that my sliding door is not working correctly and also I have a watermark on my ceiling not sure if it's the geyser or roof but still no response. I am paying Trafalgar services every months and levies but these people really do not give a damn I am so frustrated and depressed. I recently went to my friends house her bathroom sliding door has a cover mine no cover bathroom sink also have a stand mine doesn't hay I give up with these people they doing unfinished job and the careless.In one of my emails even request to speak to the manager but I never received any call iyhoooo yerrr ngaske ndibhale ngesixhosa umsindo endinawo
