Terrible experience so far. I feel I have been robed

So far my experience has stopped at the purchasing process where I have been deducted twice and have purchased something I was expected to give my final approval before being deducted. Really chocking online platform. Now I am trying to get hold of Kiddospace through Messenger, email, contact form on their website and of course no feedback.
