Sooo disappointing

Beautiful brand. Had so much hope... place order on 24 Jan and still haven't received my order. I got a response on 21 Feb saying there was a disruption to the order delivery service but it was fixed. Today is the 1st of March and still no delivery.

What bad service indeed!
