Horrible Customer Service & Empty Promises

I placed an order and paid for it on the 3rd of January 2024 but till now I havent received it and when telling them to cancel the order they telling me they will be refunding me 20% of what I paid then the next day they sayng 30%

I am not even sure if they are really making these stamps or they robbing us our money

they said it will take 5 to 20 days to receive it its 27 days now

I regret buying from them,R698.99 might be nothing from them but to me its a lot of money and I need it
