Unprofessional people

They are the most unprofessional people I have ever come across. I thought a company that organised parties will assist the client to the best of there ability but they rather point out the clients wrong doing. I have no control over finances at the company I work at and unfortunately I couldn't secure the booking, asking for an amended quote twice over email I have been ignored. Honestly this is not how you run a business, i have done a better job organizing my year end function without them and I have had better party planning companies to help me. I dont understand how there business is still running when they have no people s****s or no decency to even return a clients call
