Good day Wendy Serrurier, after going through all our records, emails, orders etc we failed to find any orders with your name. The only info we where able to find was an email from you asking if you could collect, which is unfortunately not an option as we serve as a drop ship service on all our goods except the Kiddie Sofa's. If you would please be so kind as to supply us with your order number we would be able to check on your order for you.

You are correct, I did not get around to placing an order because you did not respond to my mail. And then when on whats app I asked the same question you did no respond, you only responded when I said 'are you a ****. I am so glad I did not order' and your response was 'OK".
You blocked me, and many other mommies who I know, who have placed an order with you and not received their orders. You block anyone from your page that questions delivery. I suspect you are running a **** but luckily I did not order from you. But would like others to be warned
You are correct, I did not get around to placing an order because you did not respond to my mail. And then when on whats app I asked the same question you did no respond, you only responded when I said 'are you a ****. I am so glad I did not order' and your response was 'OK".

Good day Wendy, I would like to apologize that you did not get a response on your email. I do know that some emails bounced back. Unfortunately we do not use whatsapp for our business, therefore I am not sure who you spoke to on Whatsapp.
Regarding the other mommies, unfortunately I am not able to assist unless i have an order number/email address but if their waiting periods are over and they still did not receive their goods, please let them contact us urgently as we have to look into this.

Why did you block me from your facebook page when I asked questions instead of answering me? If you didn't delete every single query and if you didn't block people then I would consider you legitimate. I asked twice on facebook (which you then deleted my questions and blocked me from your page, and many other ladies who I have spoken to) and sent and e-mail which you did not bother to respond to. In your first answer you tell me you saw my mail in the second e-mail you talk about bounced back mails. You are not upfront, transparent and honest. I would not mind waiting for goods but I have not had any reassurance from you that you are a reputable organisation
