Terrible service and unhelpful

<p>I placed my order on 22 Sept<br />Its now 24 November. According to the tracking system the parcel failed delivery on the 22 Nov. Now I am told that if it show "failed to deliver" it means it is at the post office ready for collection. </p> <p>Why wasn't it delivered to the address I specified as per what your company assured?<br />Why must I know my a trip to the post office to collect the goods?<br />Also wont there be additional charges?<br />How do I know which post office this was delivered too?</p> <p>I want my package delivered directly to me as you stated.</p> <p><br />THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!</p>
