Still waiting for my order. 3months!!

<p>I am now waiting for 3 months for my order. The dresses i ordered was meant for Christmas and Christmas came and went yet nothing. I bought over R1000 worth of items. Is there not something that can be done? Cell numbers provided are constantly on voicemail and the tracking number provided doesnt work. </p>
