**** - Pay for a product only to never receive it

<p>I ordered a Frozen tutu dress in September. Only after I ordered and paid for it was I told that it would take 2 months for it to be delivered this was due to have been on the 24 November 2016. Today when I followed up on the order I was told it was sent to my nearest post office - exactly which post office this was was not specified. When I clicked on the tracking link I was told the order had expired. Needless to say I doubt that I will ever recieve this dress and at this stage just want my money back. The service is poor and the whole process has been frustrating and unpleasant. Will never order from them again - kids and adults dreams crushed.</p>
