Inferior quality items total waste of money :(

<p>I purchased to mini mouse dresses from Kiddies Sofas and Stuff. My first issue was the lack of response to enquiries and the long wait to receive stuff. I initially thought it was a **** but after a while I received the goods. My girls wore the dresses for 3 hours after school and play in the house with their dolls so there was no strenous play. The dresses are torn after one play session. When I emailed Kiddies Sofas and Stuff I was advised so return it to the manufacturer but could not provide me with details. I was then advised to get the info from the packaging which I no longer have, I then asked why I should deal with the manufacturer when I placed my order with Kiddies Sofas and Stuff and I paid them not the manufacturer, The next response was that I could not return it because it has been worn and is now second hand. My question is How can I not be able to return stuff after one wear considering that the dresses are already torn and that I paid close to R300. The dresses are of inferior quality and now I am left at a loss. People please be advised before ordering from this company because this type of customer care is truly shocking!!</p>
