Fantastic Service

<p>IWhen placing my order I was rather sceptical and a bit scared as I did see some concerns about people not receiving their goods but I really loved their products and wanted to spoil my grandchildren with some dresses and a few other things so I decided just to take two dresses and see if I actually receive my stuff. After a few emails and phone call not being answered I got hold of the Kiddies Sofa's and Stuff team and they have been very friendly and explained the process to me as well as the waiting period and why I couldn't get hold of them on email or phone. After my waiting period was up I did have to wait about 2 or 3 days more for the notification from the post office but Kiddies Sofa's And Stuff did phone me some time before informing me that my goods are at the post office, I think the delay was at the post office. My grand daughters absolutely love their dresses and their mother told me, they want to wear the dresses everyday. I am now waiting for the 3rd bunch of goods that I ordered from them. When ordering from them you need to understand and read, the products does take a bit long. I also had some concerns, doubts and was also rather rude to the team but now I am so happy and so is my grandchildren. Can't wait for my other stuff. I got some stuff for my house that should reach me soon, also some 3D stickers for my grandchildren. I do wish you can get a way to make the waiting period a bit shorter but none the less I am very happy and will definitely be using you again.</p>
