Dissapointed

<p>Could you please give me more info on my order no #1489, which was placed on the 23rd September already. I received a tracking no today which is RN ********** 11CN, which is not usefull as the last time this was updated was 30th october no further updates. How can one track something thats has not been updated regulary??</p>
