Absolutely disgusting service!

<p>I order at the begining of November for my niece's Christmas presents....I ordered four items and gave saved a while to buy them and spoil her as I am going to visit them in the UK for Christmas. I only get to see her about once a year. I have still not received them and won't get them before I leave! I am disgusted with the service. they NEVER answer the phone and their email responses are simply pathetic! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! </p>
