How do you leave your child here???

When u leave your child at crèche you should have peace of mind but the Kiddies Academy crèche in Rua Vista made me scared to leave my child there. The principal is rude and she shouts at parents. She agrees to something and then she changes without even telling you and when you complain, she hangs up on you. She drives kids around in an unroadworthy car and charges crazy money for it. Then she told me my child is not going to be in the concert because I took her to see her gran mother in Mpumalanga. My baby kept saying she doesn't want to go to crèche cause the teachers don't like her. Now when I want to remove her, they won't give me the work she has done in the past 3 months there, they keep telling me to come back another day. When i call the head office, they say maybe the principal was having a bad day cause she's not usually like that. How do i know what she does to my child if this is how she treats me when she is having a bad day. I was told the regional head would call me but i am still waiting. Its totally unacceptable that we have to put up with this attitude when we are paying, not only to get our kids educated but also for their protection. How can i be assured of my kids' protection when even i as a parent is harassed.

I thought because the franchise was doing well, this crèche would be perfect too, but the rudeness and unprofessionalism i received from them left nothing to be desired.
