Kickstart bikes worst service

Im having the most awefull service from kickstart bikes. 14weeks later and still no fairing kit. Its been paid for in full on 27Feb2019. Firstly i was told by Madelein it will take 6-8weeks of which i had no problem with. Then only to find out that Madelein does not work for Kickstart bikes any more. Then i got Trishan and Karien numbers asked them. Trishan got back to me saying it would take another 3-6 weeks because of the factory that was on down time but will offer the fairing kit at m discounted price, of which i still did not have a problem with. Now I'm on 14weeks later and yesterday i was told they will get back to me before the end of the day. Till now i dont have an update
