Kick Start Bike Shop Worst Customer Experience Ever

I bought a bike, and was told I can’t pick it up on the same day as they wanted to fix paper work etc. now it’s 12 days later I still can’t pick it up because of many stories they tell me.. they claim there’s a problem with paperwork.

The owner drops my calls when I call to enquire. The employees point me to the owner, it’s just a mess.

The owner told me to forget about my refund as her store doesn’t do refunds.

Worst customer experience ever!

Don’t be fooled by the owner smile before you buy, once a payment is made you start seeing her real side.

My friend is experiencing the same thing, we bought two bikes there.

They don’t respond to email queries.

I’m currently taking legal actions to recover my money.
