I was ripped of my money at Kickstart bikes

I bought a s****** on condition they don't have registration papers,however I thought to myself I can go to licence department with nr plates and renew the license ,to my surprise when I told them am fetching the s****** where is the nr plate,I was told the s****** doesn't have a number plate,they advised I use a vin nr to track the bike ,funny enough traffic department doesn't have that bike on the system. Worse of all that bike was not even in a drivable condition,I was told it needs petrol u pour R50 just to try it out ,still the bike wouldn't move, now I had to fight for my money back of which they were not willing to refund me until I escalate the matter to management ,whom he was of the idea he has to charge me handling fee, I fought with him ,telling him the was no contract in place he can't charge me any fee ,he ended up blocking my nr,then only last week they refunded me with R500 short of which I am not happy at all,please I need my money a guy named Trishen gave me bad service
