bad bad bad customer service bad company

this is the midrand branch. i bought a second hand bike. there was fairing missing and lots of little things that didnt work i asked if there is papers i was told the bike is on the road until 2019 and the paperwork is in order. i left the bike for small things to be sorted. when i came back i asked about the previous owners id copy because to register on my name i need that. they were supposed to get it i got angry because buying at a bike shop things would be in order well not at all and their policy.... no refund so yeah 4 months down the line things are no better thia is the most unprofessional company i have dealt with in my life never ever ever ever will i recommend them nor will i return and i will tell this to everybody who owns a bike!!!!!
