Absolutely Horrible

My husband and I were in your shop (Boksburg) in January to discuss the chain we have bought at your Midrand branch.

We proceeded to tell you that the chain we bought stretched terribly and that we were not happy with the quality. You gave us a replacement chain and told us that if the replacement chain stretched you would refund us entirely.

The chain has indeed stretched within 300km of riding it has stretched so much it has started eating into the swing arm... This is not acceptable. I'm still awaiting a refund or a response.
