Poor client service.

This is why black owned businesses do not flourish. The service is just poor. Kicks Cred has been delaying to deliver my package and it’s been over a month. You call, no response/answer. You text, response. I actually delayed writing this review with the hope they would up their game but clearly not. Waiting with no update reports to a client (me) is so frustrating. Do not rely on this company.
