Order Not Fulfilled – No Communication from Kick-Kit

I placed an order with Kick-Kit on 30 July 2025 based on their stated delivery timeframe of 6–9 working days excluding weekends and public holidays.

It is now well beyond this period, yet the order status remains stuck on “Awaiting Fulfilment” with no updates. I have made multiple attempts to contact Kick-Kit via email, Facebook, Instagram, and their website but have received no response.

I am requesting urgent resolution in the form of either:

Immediate shipment with tracking details, OR A full refund processed without delay.
