Order 10568 still not received paid in full on the 24th of March 2025

Still haven't received order 10568 paid on the 24th of March 2025 already!!! I'm really absent by this pathetic appalling service, was informed the transport lost my order and I would receive a replacement order on the 27th of March still I still waiting....
