No order received

Pathetic experience ordering from them. Zero feedback, zero communication and zero tracking even after paying extra for secure delivery. I'm starting to think that this shop is an absolute ****, especially after receiving an email asking if I'm enjoying my new purchase - WHAT **** purchase I've not received anything! Do yourself a favor and don't order from the "number 1 shop in Africa" I'll do my part in reporting them as far up as a possibily can in the hope that no one goes through the same. Including banks, NCC and ICASA. Fuming customer as special gifts now won't be delivered in the 9 workday time slot after being patient for multiple weeks!
