KICKKIT DELIVER INCOMPLETE ITEMS

I ordered 2 x items online via FACEBOOK on the 14 February 2025 from KICKKIT (order 10132)... KICKKIT only delivered 1 of the 2 items i ordered AFTER 18 days on 03 March 2024 (the delivery was supposed to be between 6 - 9 days). I launched a query on the 03 March 2025 and the response was that one of the items was OUT OF STOCK.. (I was never informed that one item was out of stock) They responded to my e-mail and suggested that I replace the missing item i did not get and I submitted my choice for the replacement. I am still not getting any response on my e-mail queries from KICKKIT.CO.ZA I am still awaiting the response to inform me that my item has been packaged or prepared.. No RESPONSE FROM KICKKIT since the 03 March 2025. I believe other people might also have received INCOMPLETE ORDERS and NOT REPORTING THIS ***** /THEFT of their money to the authorities or this platform... There is no contact number to call for queries..
