I'm disappointed

Website says delivery 6 to 9 days. I've been waiting for two whole weeks. No reply to my emails. Nothing and today I received an email saying I hope your jersey fits. And when I sent an email explaining that I didn't receive a jersey. Still no reply. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Just a ****.
