Horrible and Heartbreaking experience - NEVER AGAIN!!!

I am extremely disappointed with KickIt. I bought a T-shirt for my dad over a month ago, hoping it would arrive in time for his birthday. Even today, I still haven’t received anything – no order update, no explanation, nothing. This delay completely ruined my father’s birthday.

What makes it worse is their customer service. They don’t answer calls, they don’t reply to emails, and they don’t bother to communicate at all. It feels like once they have your money, you’re on your own.

This experience has been heartbreaking, frustrating, and honestly unacceptable. If you’re thinking of buying from KickIt, save yourself the stress. I will never order from them again.
