Disappointing service delivery

Today marks exactly a month since I made a purchase and I only have a order number only 1 communication was made by the guy named Henry Jones thank me for the purchase and what not, after that no other communication was made I have sent countless emails enquiring about the jersey but no response and the sickening part is that they **** about the delivery time, it would have been better had they communicated the delay but no nothing not even a tracking number I even paid for shipping protection fee. Very disappointed and never again am I purchasing from this useless online store. Had I known or did due research I wouldn’t be here the sad part is that im leaving for abroad I won’t get to see and wear my jersey that I bought with my hard earned money and the most annoying part is that they deducted money from my account it was description “Adjustment” at this point I really don’t know im angry, disappointed and very livid they don’t even deserve the 1 star rating. Closing down would make sense cause clearly you ain’t business minded you failing dismally
