Online purchases !!!!! Is some companies ******** or Legit ??

I purchased HUAWEI Led HQ Smar****ch(4)Four, for kids in October 2018 to give them as gifts during the festive time in December 2018. I paid when i placed the order and was told within four weeks you should get delivery.

I have been battling to get any positive news from these guys. i emailed them and on their side the last update was on 10 December 2018. according to them the package was then send to South Africa. i have been checking with postal services from that time and they indicate to me that the parcel have not been received or captured yet. this is a real bad situation and i am running out of options.

Can anyone out there HELP ME !!!
