Kickbaitsa

I purchased a pair of shoes from an online sneaker shop on instagram called kickbaitsa. The shoe's were delivered in 4days, I got the shoes on Saturday the 5th of November. But it became evident that the shoes did not fit, I immediately emailed kickbaitsa to alert them of my problem, but there was no response. I sent kickbaitsa a dm on Instagram on Monday the 7th of November, but I was ignored. As kickbaitsa was activly posting it's other clients thanking them for their services. I tried contacting them again on the 9th, 15th and 16th on Instagram and WhatsApp but I got no response back. I tried one last time by calling their contact number but it went straight to voicemail. Kickbaitsa did not specify if they have a return policy or not. Please be careful if you purchase a pair of shoes from them, they will not get back to you.
