Still no shoes delivered

i have placed an online order on 18 december and still received nothing. i got an email with a tracking number on 30 December and in turn i contacted aramex who said the tracking number is invalid. there is no working contact number for kickplanet, the only method of communication is either their facebook page or email which nobody monitors. i received a facebook message on 5 january telling me that the warehouse is closed and everyones orders have been sent with the courier. and i am not being ****med. It is now the 9 January,, 3 weeks after payment and your site says 3-5 days delivery. Where is my parcel?
