I made my purchase 17 December 2023. After months since I've received my order 24 Jan 2024 and trying to get hold of you guys and writing to you on Messenger, emailing you, calling you and replying on your posts. I still haven't gotten my NIKE DUNK LOW SE ''FLEECE PACK - HONEYDEW'' SNEAKERS × 1 UK 3. If the shoe wasn't it stock anymore common courtesy was to advise me as the customer that the shoe is no longer in stock and offer me an alternative, not to tell me that "it is currently going through a quality check.We sent these ones so you could see that we do deliver it's just that we have a bit of trouble with backlog because of the festive" this is a response from your company on 24 Jan 2024 15:24 on Messenger .

How long does a backlog last and how many orders have you sent out after that?? It beats me.

I am deeply disappointed and the fact that you guys don't respond to me anymore and have blocked my Chats is just demeaning your character as a Company. A company is built by a community, if you guys are too big to recognize the smallest of customers then you won't go a long way. This is my last communication to you. My first experience with you was the most horrible experience I could not even wish upon my worst enemy, especially that I work long and hard for my money and the purchase I made was for my birthday and I really didn't have much in 2023. You stripped me off of that gift to myself.

Disappointing
