Worst service ever, no aftersales servive

Bought a glass hob and within 6 months it cracked on its own, they told me, the glass is not covered for guarantee but when i request a quote they tell me the product is being discontinued but the hob is still being sold in the market. The hob costs R2700 but for glass replacement they quote you around R2500 to just fix the glass and take the old hob. Total ******* as they will take the old hob which is 6 months old and resell the parts.
