Whirlpool/Kic

Bought a whirlpool washing machine in May of this year, for R12000. My machine cannot turn on, the motherboard is fried apparently. But because it’s a new model, whirlpool cannot locate a replacement part, but it’s on order in hopes one turns up!!! It’s under warranty!!!! If you cannot locate a part my machine should be replaced. we’re a family of 5 with a 9month old baby, and have had no washing machine for a week. Shocking service. Not sure it should become the consumers problem a part can’t be located, my machine is under warranty and should then be REPLACED!!!!
