The worst service

I both fridge from Kic, after 1 year the fridge stop working, I reported the matter to Kic, the send 1 of there guys to checked out, every day they tell me he will come tomorrow, after 2 weeks he did arrive ? It's like he was coming from the moon !!!<br> He was complaining to me that he has to go home because he is supposed to be logged off duty <br> He only change the light inside the fridge wasn't working, but the fridge still not working<br> After 1 month I called kic again and told them that the fridge not working, so they send an other guy,<br> He opened the fridge for 2 min he want out then come back, told the fridge is fine, well the fridge not cold at all<br> I called kic again, they told me we cannot fix the fridge and our products not supposed to be use in commercial only for home use <br> Any ways the story very long, but kic are the worst company I have seen in my life<br> I don't advice anyone to buy from them ???
