After struggling for 3 weeks with FairPrice Donbsonvillie on a KIC Fridge i bought , i took a decision to call the manufacture who where very efficient in making sure that i get my new fridge ( Not repaired ) in 3 days , Sometimes its better to deal with the owner of the product rather the store , once you have paid for a product , many stores dont care
